We will hold your reservation for 5 days while waiting for your check to arrive with this signature form, if you have answered our confirmation email. When it does, we will send you an email, to the address you listed above, with your final confirmation when we receive this signature form and payment. If we do not receive your check by the 5th day, the house is placed back on the market as available. Please see our Reservation Policy for full details.
One week before arrival you will pay any balance by credit card, and the required security/damage/cleaning deposit which is fully and promptly refunded within 10 working days if you leave the property as you found it and have followed our policy. Your rental must be paid in full prior to arrival
Changes can be requested up until 48 hours prior to arrival and we will try to accommodate, dates may not be able to be changed. Fee applies.

NORMAL CHECK-IN HOURS
3 – 8pm Monday through Saturday during Season.
2 – 6:30 pm Monday through Friday during off Seasons.
See late arrivals for arrival at any other time, you can prepay everything (including security deposit) in advance for an ANYTIME arrival.
