Unique home features contemporary clean lines, open floorplan,
and a front of glass, overlooking the miles of sand
dunes and wide sand beaches in exclusive Rogue Shores.
This house is furnished to entertain you, with a large
living room on the main floor, overlooking wide decks
and the dunes and ocean beyond. Play the Piano,
cook on the outdoor grill, go for a spin on the exercise
bike, play a round of ping pong, fly some of the kites,
maybe a game of darts or one of the other many games
provided, then
relax in the private hot tub. Short stroll to miles of pristine beaches
to explore. |

Although this house and many of the furnishings are
not new, you will enjoy the
fun nature and luxury of this one-of-a-kind home by the sea!
This is probably the most unique home on the Oregon coast.
Ground Floor:
Game room one section of garage, laundry area, garage. Game room features ping pong,
kites, exercise bike, games, toys, darts, and more. Enclosed
hot tub area is outside.
Second Floor level:
Living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms (Q in each), full bath
with tub,
decks
Third Floor level:
Master bedroom suite (K bed) with bedroom, bath with tub and shower.
Second living room overlooking lower floor with two twin futon
couches.
Fourth Floor level:
Adorable lounge room (Q sofa / bed combination), which is also a 4th
bedroom, the Q can also be used as two twins.
Additional sleeping is per twin aerobed by request
