RENTAL PAGE

To rent a house read the Policy Page and complete the 4 SIMPLE STEPS BELOW:

1. Fill out and submit the appropriate online Rental form (click here for forms)

2. Please COMPLETE YOUR RENT DEPOSIT Click here for the deposit instructions

3. We will HOLD your house for five days while your check arrives*. (Please see Policy Page)
and will email all of your information and confirmation to you as soon as your check and signature form arrive.

4. Please send a confirmation email about one week prior to your arrival to confirm youR date and time of arrival. Any last minute changes
should be completed at this time. (Note: dates cannot be changed).

*We do offer a prepay discount: Pay the second portion of your reservation by check to arrive to us NO LATER
than 15 days prior to arrival, take off a 2% cash discount on that second portion. Email for your exact balance.

DRIVING TO GOLD BEACH? PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ROAD BETWEEN GRANTS PASS AND AGNES IS NOT RECOMMENDED AND WILL TAKE
MUCH LONGER, AS IT IS NOT A GOOD ROAD. NEVER USE THIS ROAD IN SPRING, FALL, OR WINTER! Please, use hwy 199.
