Special for 2 - 4 weeks (up to 28 days). Prepay at the time of
reservation. Sorry, there is a limit of 2 people in cabins and 4 people
in houses
on this Special. Weekly maid service will include loading the
washer with sheets or towels your choice (houses only), light cleaning of the bathrooms and kitchen, vacuum
the main living room area. Prepay is required at the time of the
reservation, taxes, pet, and cleaning fees are additional and will be
added to the total.
Please email for full details . You may share the use of the month with others
as long as no more than 4 people are in the house at any time (without
prior approval) and you have listed each person using the house and the
dates of each with us.
Security deposit is required as usual. Rental will
include a starter set of soaps and paper supplies, you will supply any
additional items you need. Stay the whole month in "your" beach
house, or come and go as you please, share use with a friend (see above).
No other specials or discounts can be used with this Special, not
available during any holiday or spring break.
