Traditional Beach houses

Home is located 6 miles north of Gold Beach in tiny Nesika Beach. The home is very secluded, surrounded by natural landscape and shore pines.

A path leads to the beach, over a small bridge and down through the shore pine.

The home is an older home with older furnishings that are family comfortable, the house offers wood floors and ceilings, open floor plan with very tall ceilings. Two bedrooms (a Q and a K) open off of the living room with french doors, and the third bedroom is upstairs in the loft with two queen beds.

A small wood burning stove is in the living room, the deck wraps around two sides of the home and has wonderful ocean views. The house has a somewhat rustic feel with older appliances, but is comfortable and open.

This is truly a wonderful spot for your family vacation, with privacy, peace and quiet, and the blue of the ocean. Even a stream runs through the property! Come and enjoy. Just an old fashioned beach house.

House setup:
Lower floor: garage, second living room and full bath, with laundry room in back and door to private hot tub.
Kitchen, living room and dining room with a very open floor plan, and very high ceilings.
Two bedrooms (aQ and a K) open off of the living room via French doors.
Second bathroom Great views from living and dining rooms, kitchen, and bedrooms.

Second level is a loft, with a little reading area, and a full bedroom with two Q beds. Great views!

This is an older home with older furnishings but in good condition. It is family style, just a little rustic, but very traditional.
