The home comes equipped with a full gourmet kitchen, laundry, fireplace, Hot Tub Spa and all of the amenities you would expect in such a fine ocean front Villa.  Private courtyard has huge table, charcoal BBQ grill.  

LIGHT THE BEACH!  Two huge spotlights will light the beach and ocean for nighttime viewing!

This truly original beach home has just been decorator furnished to meet all of your needs and to provide you with a luxurious vacation home away from home.   Located on a wide sand beach, this villa has panoramic views of the ocean, the passing whales, and the towering sea rocks that jut up from the ocean floor.  You will spend hours watching as the waves crash against these tall rocks just outside the window, sending the sea spray flying ten feet into the air.  The house has a VCR, DVD and movies, but what show could be better than the one outside of your window?  If you tire of the ocean, snuggle up in front of the wide screen TV,  listen to music, watch movies and have a fire.   In the evening, snuggle in the warmth of the Hot Tub Spa.

The wide sand beaches are perfect for walking and hiking.  And since the beach is just above the Rogue River, you will find many unbelievable stones and gems that have been polished by the river, and then the ocean, before they are left here in the sand for you to find.

This is a No Smoking house.  Sorry No pets without prior approval in this immaculate house.
