This is a huge family style home traditional beach house, located right above the beach access to miles of wide sand beaches in exclusive Rogue Shores, just over the bridge from Gold Beach.
The home has several living areas, large family kitchen and dining room, yard area. It is an older home with older furnishings and appliances.
This is the perfect house for the extended family, plenty of room for everyone! Bring the folks, everyone can enjoy the views, the weather, the yard, the huge decks, and the family friendly atmosphere at the beach. The house is comfortably furnished with families in mind, it is not delicate, it is not fancy.

Standard security deposit is $450 (credit card), but groups of more than 10 people may require a larger security deposit of $550. This is of course fully refundable if you leave the house as found. Please let all members of your group know that the house is owned by a family and to respect their property as you would your own.
