NOTE: This is an older beach house with older furnishings and appliances. It is somewhat "rustic" inside and is well used with some deferred maintenance. Still it is a large house for a group who wants to have fun and does not want a "delicate" house, this is a traditional fun in the sun beach house. Drive to the beach.
Awesome view of the ocean and the waves, this family style beach house is located up on a hill overlooking the ocean, the rocks, and the waves. Short drive to beach access.

At the top:
Loft area is open although still fairly private, has queen futon for
sleeping and a Queen aeromattress is available on request (ask).
For other sleeping, bring sleeping bags for the kids, also another aerobed is available loan by request for a small charge.

Large home has a king bed in master, queen bed in second bedroom,
Queen Aerobed and a futon in the third loft "bedroom" which is open to the stairs
but still fairly private. The living room has a sofa bed, and
other sleeping is available on request for more people with aero
beds, which are moveable and comfortable and bring sleeping bags for
the kids. Several semi-private
areas for sleeping, such as the game room, where an aerobed can be
placed and door closed. Please inquire for specifics.
