Cliffside Cottages at Nesika Beach: 
(up to 20 people)

(About a mile from the cottages below, and about a mile 1/2 from the cabins below)
 
Four cliffside Cottages in little Nesika Beach, just 6 miles north of Gold Beach.  These oceanfront (on a cliff) cottages are adorable, between them you will have 7 bedrooms and 5 baths.  The cottages are all at the end of a road, so you have no traffic and they are along the cliff, so plenty of room for inside and outside fun.    These cottages (you can rent some or all of them!)
 Cliffside Cottage,  Pelican Bluff Cottage,  Nesika Beach Cottage, and  Hidden Treasure. 
Rent one or more to fit the size of your group.   10% discount when you rent three or four of these houses for 3 nights or more Rent early, these cottages fill up
 

Little Cabins near the Sea 
at Nesika Beach:

FIVE adorable little cabins in a lovely tree covered park, about a block to the beach.   Each family can have their own cabin, but they are near each other and private.   Each cabin sleeps from 2 to 5 people depending on size.  Inexpensive!  Other family members can bring their RV's too!   FIVE cabins sleep up to 19 people.  Spend your time outdoors hiking, beachcombing, roasting marshmallows, campfires.  Yet each cabin is adorable!   We have a 10% discount when you rent three or more of these cottages together  for three nights or more.  (no other discounts will apply)  Rent early, these cabins fill up.

 
The Two Cottages of Nesika :    
 (Up to 12 people)

 Two Nantucket style Cottages oceanfront on a bluff in tiny Nesika Beach, with fantastic  ocean views!  One cottage sleeps 7, one sleeps 5.   All on the same ocean front acre, with lots of outdoor room for group activities.   Perfect for several families, or for friends to take the whole compound. Together they sleep up to 12.   This is also only a mile from the Cabins mentioned above, and in the other direction a mile from the Cliffside Cottages mentioned above..  Great ocean views, lots of outdoor room for campfires, .group picnics, outdoor fun.  Cottages are adorable.
There is a 15% discount when you rent both cottages at the same time for 3 days or more.  (no other discounts will apply)  Rent early, these cottages fill up

 Upscale houses in exclusive Rogue Shores offer easy, level, beach access.   We have 6 houses to choose from in this little upscale oceanfront community of beach houses.   These houses are lovely high end houses most with new furnishings and wonderful condition.  Most sleep from 9 - 12  each and some are nearly next door to each other, but each is very private.   All price ranges, so take a look at these listed in order of cost, from lowest to highest:   Sea Watch (listed under Traditional houses), Walk on the Beach, Sea Shadows,  Driftwood, Visions of the Sea, and Sandpiper Beach House, (all listed under Unique houses)..

           *Sea Shadows up to 9, just down the street from the two houses above, and across  lane from Beachcomber

            *Walk on the Beach,  up to 9,  on the upper level of Rogue Shores, a few  houses from Navigator
           *Navigator Beach House sleeps 15 and all houses are in the same little community of beach homes
           
          
All 6 houses are in the same small area, each with a nice large yard, but close enough for a  group to all feel together!  Rent 3 or more houses  same nights (3 nights or more - but check, some have a 5 night min) and get a 10% discount.  (No other discounts can be combined)
 

 
Sebastian Shores:                    
 (Up to 32 people)
Oceanfront		 Oceanfront Sands One will accommodate 10 +people.  This is an upscale retreat with all amenities, including two  hot tub spas,  2 gourmet kitchens, 4 bedrooms plus 2 loft rooms, 4 baths,  OCEANFRONT  in Sebastian Shores at the south end of Gold Beach.     This retreat is made up of the Sea House and the Beach House, which are side by side.   Add the Sea View Grotto to sleep 8 more people, only steps from these two homes.

Oceanfront Sands Two Just a few doors down, the Serenity will sleep up to 9, and right across the small lane is Marbella which will sleep 8.   Perfect for an executive retreat!  Very pristine homes.  Together they make up 6  bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, 2 kitchens, room for everyone!

Also nearby is the Sea View Grotto, and also the Waters Edge.  These are both close to the houses above, and so combined these homes will hold up to around 32 people, maybe a few  more.   Sebastian Shores is an upscale community of beach houses, all close together, some share a wall.  Each is immaculate, very luxury, attractively furnished.  Your family can each have their own beach house but be all together in the same small beach community for beach walks .  Sorry, these are not pet friendly.
When you rent Oceanfront Sands One or Two, if you need more room, look at the Sea View Grotto and the Waters Edge for more people, get a 10% discount on either of those (or both) when you rent the same dates with at least a 3 night rental.   Cannot combine with any other special.

You will love the Luxury of Sebastian Shores!!!   Wide sand beaches just steps from the door!

NOTE: *Groups have special responsibilities, please respect the individual houses, each is owned by a family who has furnished their beach house themselves, and the facilities and furnishings are not exchangeable.   Please bring your own group supplies, as the dishes, pots and pans, chairs, blankets, and other furnishings cannot be taken from one house to another.
