Little Cabins by the Sea                    (Up to 19 people)

Nesika Beach

 FIVE adorable little cabins in a lovely tree covered park, about a block to the beach.   Each family can have their own cabin, but they are near each other and private.   Each cabin sleeps from 2 to 5 people depending on size.  Inexpensive!  Other family members can bring their RV's too!   FIVE cabins sleep up to 19 people.  Spend your time outdoors hiking, beachcombing, roasting marshmallows, campfires.  Yet each cabin is lovely and unique!
The Cottages of Nesika                 (Up to 12 people)

Nesika Beach

 Three Nantucket style Cottages oceanfront on a bluff in tiny Nesika Beach, with fantastic  ocean views!  One cottage sleeps 7, one sleeps 5.   All on the same ocean front acre, with lots of outdoor room for group activities.   Perfect for several families, or for friends to take the whole compound. Together they sleep up to 12.   This is also only a mile from the Cabins mentioned above.  Great ocean views, lots of outdoor room for campfires, .group picnics, outdoor fun.  Cottages are adorable.

 Upscale houses in exclusive Rogue Shores offer easy, level, beach access.   We have 6 houses to choose from in this little upscale oceanfront community of beach houses.   These houses are lovely high end houses most with new furnishings and wonderful condition.  Most sleep from 9 - 12  each and some are right next door to each other, but each is very private.   All price ranges, so take a look at these listed in order of cost, from lowest to highest:   Sea Watch (listed under Traditional houses), Walk on the Beach, Sea Shadows,  Driftwood, Visions of the Sea, and Sandpiper Beach House, (all listed under Unique houses)..  
           *Driftwood Beach House sleeps 18+ and right nearby are more:
            *Sea Watch and Visions of the Sea are side by side and have a yard that will combine for a group, up to 24 people.
           *Sandpiper,  Driftwood, Sea Watch, and Visions are all within a shout apart!   Together they sleep up to 53!  Walk on the Beach, Sea Shadows are very close by, to accommodate another 16 people.  See map 
All 6 houses are in the same small area, each with a nice large yard, but close enough for a  group to all feel together!
   
Sebastian Shores                        (16 + people) Pebbles in the SandCoastal Retreat will accommodate 1 6 people.  This is an upscale retreat with all amenities, including 2 hot tub spas, 2 gourmet kitchens, 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, steps to the beach path in Sebastian Shores at the south end of Gold Beach.  RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET the Sea House will sleepup to 5 or 6, so altogether 21 people can stay in a luxury accommodation at the beach.  Perfect for an executive retreat!
   
NOTE: *Groups have special responsibilities, please respect the individual houses, each is owned by a family who has furnished their beach house themselves, and the facilities and furnishings are not exchangeable.   Please bring your own group supplies, as the dishes, pots and pans, chairs, and other furnishings cannot be taken from one house to another.  PLEASE  SEE THAT EVERYONE IN YOUR GROUP WILL RESPECT THE PROPERTY OF THE FAMILY THAT OWNS THE  HOUSE..  We thank you so much in advance, for your care of these private homes!
