loft! * The cabin itself is 1 bd, 1 ba. Queen bed in bedroom, sofa bed in living room, double mattress in tiny sleeping loft. * Full kitchen, tiny dining nook, full bath, all linen and kitchen utensils, microwave, coffee maker. * Cable TV with VCR and DVD, watch movies in surround sound! * Read, write, meditate, or simply enjoy the sounds of the ocean nearby. * The deck has a peek ocean view over the trees, with the sound of ocean waves. * A picnic table and a fire ring, flowers, deck, grass, trees, and privacy, this is a resort cabin in miniature! The RV park is to the back of this cabin, grass and trees are to the front. Walk to the beach, about 1 block through the shore pines. Cabin does not have a phone or dishwasher. Coin Laundry also available in the RV park office, about 300 feet away. Cabin is pet friendly for well trained dogs, absolutely no smoking in this cabin or on deck. |

Note: This is a small cabin with a small water heater.
It will be necessary to take showers at separate times of the day to allow the
water heater to reheat between showers.
Gas heat is provided with appropriate use, please note
that excess use of over $2.30 per day will be charged to the guest.
This means simply to turn the heat off when you are not in the cabin,
and when you depart.

Beat the Heat!
You may want to rent a month or more in summer, in this case you may
prepay the weekly rate listed above and
receive a 10% off discount for 4 wks or more during high season.
The cleaning fee is $50. Reserve early, as the
cabins will book up with nightly rentals during June, July, and August
and will not be available for longer term.
It is necessary to PREPAY the entire reservation at the time you make a
reservation for a month during the season.
It will be payment in full to take the cabin off of the rental market
for you during the season, and is non-refundable.
