2. We will HOLD your house for five days while your check arrives*. (Please see Policy Page)
                You will receive an email as soon as your deposit and signature form arrive, and this email is your confirmation, it will have your dates,
                arrival times, instructions and directions to the house. Please review these to make sure they are correct.



*We do offer a prepay discount: Pay the second portion of your reservation by check to arrive to us NO LATER than 15 days
prior to arrival, take off a 2% cash discount on that second portion. Email for your exact balance.

A 45% non-refundable rental deposit is required to rent your house. ($200 min) by check or money order.

I understand the reservation deposit is non-refundable and I have read the POLICY PAGE, which is made a part of this reservation. I understand that my credit card with ID is required at checkin for any balance and for security deposit. I understand rental of this home is subject to the Policy of this company. Please read about checkin arrangements on the POLICY page as we have set up an arrival schedule for you. Please do not rent a house until you are sure of your choice.

On arrival you will pay any balance by credit card, and $300 ($450 for large houses) security/damage/cleaning deposit which is fully and promptly refunded if you leave the property as you found it and have followed our policy. A credit card imprint in your name is required at checkin as security even if you prepay the security deposit. Please see policy page made a part of this rental agreement.
