Chef Roald will personally prepare your meal in the  kitchen of the Osprey House overlooking the ocean, and you will be served at the table overlooking the sea.
Dinner includes entree, vegetable, desert and wine.   Ask for a private romantic dinner with candles, or opt for a dinner  that includes tales of his experiences in
 Scottsdale,  New Orleans, and other travels.



Dinner with wine for two $175 
$45 for each additional person.

Chef  Roald Young is a graduate of the Scottsdale
Culinary Institute in Scottsdale Arizona,
who specializes in a variety of Cajun dishes,
has baked for a 5 Star Resort and enjoys
introducing visitors to our local seafood and
seasonal produce.  He can prepare a varied
menu and is especially fond of teaching the
dishes he prepares.
